hello, it's me again...

So I now have my 2 MCU's working together happily and I noticed the current draw is 90 - 110 milliamps. Is this normal? It seems high for a quiescent state. nothing seems abnormally hot either. When I turn the LED's on the current actually goes down. The circuit contains three chips:

(i'll try and stay on topic this time lol)

i guess that makes sense then, USB == 48 mhz x 2 chips...

i better not get shocked eh?
