I have Cypress CY3210-PSoCEVAL1 kit and CY8C29466-24PXI IC. I am new to microcontroller programming. I would like to build a circuit and programming for the following requirements.

Only one Input 2-14 V. For example 2,4,6,8,10,12 V
The Output should be LEDs. assigned led for depends on the input.

How can I do this? Any suggestions and help much appreciated.

Sample code and circuit is very helpful.

Thanks for the help.

The PSoC is really different from C programming. I have the First Touch Starter kit and have been fiddeling a bit with it.
If you use PSoC exspress youll notice that its all really graphic programming..
