yes I tried on Google but which i cant find it working very well or i am doing some mistake,i don't know

Thx Khizer but i found R/2R network on the link below which has resolved my problem although it is not so efficient but enough for me thanks to all who co-operated with me,and i suggest this network best for amateurs rather than DACs.
