Google for them.

I just tried the 6168SC a number of hits.

yeah but none of them has its datasheet

I see you have tried hamradioindia.

I would suggest you contact the manufacturer Panasonic.

I tried searching for these with no luck. Any other markings or even what they may have came out of? Brand Model Number ect.

yeah Only that much is labelled on the chip...

panasonic 6169K....

After a bit searching i managed to get the series...I think it is AN6169K..But am not sure about that...This one is from a panasonic made cordless phone..The model name is PANASONIC KX-T3911BH

Thank you so much sir i think the datasheet which u posted last is equivalent to AN6168SC
