I'm trying to find how to calculate the size required for a DC link choke (also called a DC bus choke) to reduce current harmonic distortion.
These things are used almost everywhere there is a DC bus - inverters, variable speed drives, welders etc. They help reduce a significant amount of harmonic distortion in your power system. I've done a lot of searching around the net for how to calculate the optimal size and have come back with zip.
