DECT Intercom chips?

Hi,

I'm looking to make a wireless headset pack, and I thought one simple way is to use a pair of DECT handsets with intercom between then and use the headset jacks, one having a headset plugged in, and the other handset's headset jack going to mic/speaker socket on my PC. However then evertime i want to use it I have to setup the intercom. Plus DECT handsets are expensive. So, is there any sort of prebuilt chips I can buy that will let me make the circuit myself?
