Hello everyone.
I have a DELL latitude 3340 laptop which was switched off and left to charge for some minutes then after it could not charge or power on.
I have tried removing the battery and trying to power on using charger only, though the charger is fine, it can't power on as well.
I have pressed the power button for some minutes to remove residual charge nothing is happening.
Any help please.
