design problem...

design a control circuit that will automatically charge batteries from solar panel and turn off the LED lamp during the day.
 
If you show no effort we will put in no effort to help you, especially if it is a homework question.

Well heck, you did ask nicer than last time. Here is something you can look at to give you an idea. I suspect it is a bit complicated.
