Different common mode voltage FDA and ADC

Hi,
I´m designing a a prototype where I would need to connect MAX2036 (8 channels VGA amplifier) to MCP37D11-200 (ADC). I have a doubt about the common mode voltage. These are the related features of each component:

MAX2036 (VGA amplifier):
- Supply voltage: 5V.
- Differential input and output.
- Maximum output voltage: 3.4Vpp differential.
- Differential output common mode voltage: 3.75V.

MCP37211-200 (ADC):
- Supply voltage: 1.8V and 1.2V.
- Full scale input range: 2.975Vpp differential.
- Common mode voltage: 0.9V.

So, is it possible to use a capacitor and a resistor in each side as shown in the attached drawing? The capacitor cleans the DC voltage, and connecting the resistors to Vcm, the signal will be biased to 0.9V.

Thank you in advance.
