Differential pair from balanced PCB antenna ?

Balanced antenna, unbalanced receiver at a distance from the antenna.

I do not want any GND plane around the antenna. How do I run the PCB traces from the antenna to the balun, perhaps as a differential pair ? What other constraints, how does one calculate the parameters of such a diff pair ?

Thank you!

Your antenna is balanced. So, run the traces as a differential pair. The trace impedance should match the antenna’s balanced impedance. If your antenna has a 100Ω differential impedance, design your traces for a 100Ω differential impedance.
