digital gauge circuit diagram please!

i have a project to do in school, & d tittle is "digital gauge". i've searched almost everywhere i know 4 d circuit diagram but didnt find, i have a deadline of 3 weeks, please help.

What class and what is the class level ?
What is is suposed to measure?
Can use use a micro controller?
Maybe we can give you some hints.

i'm supposed 2 design a digital water gauge actually, that measures d amount of water that flows out of a 5litres gallon, using a decimal counter {digital} u know? somthing like d fuel station, i'll b waiting 4 ur reply, thanks.

I have to agree with JimB on the language issue.

In my previous post I asked for information and you only
answered 1 out of 3.

If you can not answer a few simple questions it would be a real pain to
help you with a design.
