Disassembly Listing in MPLab

hi,

I've been trying to step through my PIC C program code and it goes into disassembly listing showing assembly language.

does anyone know why this occurs and how can it be removed so im only stepping in PIC C code.

Set a breakpoint at your first instruction and do a reset followed by run. Also, close the asm window and keep the focus in your source window.
