Discrete digital clock toggle problem

Hello, i have some question for discrete counter.
When i pspice my circuit, it works.
Therefore i made discrete counter in real , but i found some problem on here.
When i put 5V direct to Q or Qbar , the opposite side shows another value (about 0V) , which works as normal flip flop.
But problem of here is that, when i put pulse,(to R36), the value of Q and Qbar does not change (Q -> 5V, Qbar -> 0V and kept same).
Please help me to solve it. Thank you

you posted a working circuit before, but the one above seems to be missing a transistor from each flip-flop stage? Have you used the wrong schematic?

I count 12 Transistors in the schematic but I see only 11 on the circuitboard.
