Divide by 7 counter using T-types? Simple problem! Help.

Hello guys,

I am trying to learn how to design a divide by 7 counter using T-Type flip flops for my exam. I can do it for a D-Type, but the T- type has confused me quite a bit.

Help appreciated!

PS: Show me how to do it for something simple like a divide by 4 first so I can get the basics.
