For an audio amplifier, TDA2030 is the right choice. The TDA2030 offers high output current and carries very low crossover and harmonic distortion.

That makes no sense whatsoever?. There are countless examples on-line of how to build a stereo amplifier, I suggest you study those - if you find one you like, post a link to it here and we'll comment on it, there are a LOT of totally useless bogus 'designs' out there.

Bear in mind, you need both a power amplifier, and a preamplifier, usually constructed in the same box.

Those bear no resemblance to each other, the first (TDA2030) is an audio power amplifier (NOT an opamp), the second is a low power quad opamp. Bear in mind, that the layout requirements for the TDA2030 are fairly critical, to avoid oscillation.

The TDA2030 is a reasonable choice for a power amplifier, the HA17324A is just an opamp, and would be completely useless (but 'could' be used for a preamp - although there are many better choices, specifically intended for audio).

A great chip for hifi quality is the LM3886, its datasheet shows how compact and simple its layout can be.

This may be a good example of a kit or finished board with a heatsink to learn from. If you also get the USB scope too, then you can test it.

There are many skills to learn. Soldering, thermal design, packaging, PCB layout, simulation, electronics. Don’t bite off more than you can chew.
You also need the power supply and an enclosure.
But then a classic used restoration project might be more successful and cheaper.

Hi There The TDA2030 is better for a stereo audio amplifier as it’s designed for high-power audio applications, offering better performance and efficiency. The HA17324A is a general-purpose op-amp, not ideal for power amplification.
