Does anyone know where I can purchase 1 or more DM9368N (7-SEGMENT Decoder/Driver with Latch)?

No I don't.

I would assume they're probably obsolete as microcontrollers can do the job using less power and performing other important operations at the same time for less cost.

Depending on the pinout of the DM9368N you may be able to program a micro controller as a drop in replacement. The big determiner would be the VCC and GND pin layout. Microcontrollers

From where your DATA is coming for the DATA INPUT lines in the DM9368N? Is it from a binary counters?
Then MC14511B Bcd to-Seven Segment driver will suit you.

It is coming from a 4-bit binary counter to a 7-SEG display. I just need this chip to decode hex
