Do you know where I can buy a small PMSM for a motor control project?

Hello, I am trying to make a motor control project, more in particular I would like to test different motor control strategies, more particurlarly,, FOC, but with various types of sensors, including sensorless control. I have been searching a bit the Internet looking for it, but I seem to find mostly BLDCs and Asyncronous Motors. Do you have any site or suggestion without spending too much since it is just a research project, but yet the back emf shape should look as much as possible sinusoidal (good motor construction) ? Keep in my that I live in europe, Italy.
Thanks in advance for your help!

Typically the back emf signal is attenuated with diodes to avoid the back emf kicks/spikes when power is cut - these can be fairly high...

Typically the back emf signal is attenuated with diodes to avoid the back emf kicks/spikes when power is cut - these can be fairly high spikes and can damages lots of things. What is your plan?

In order to test different control strategies i need also to measure the back emf, the idea is to measure the position and speed of the rotor through the use of system observers. These are also needed for the sensorless speed control strategies
