DTMF Reciver Problem

Hi All,
I m using A tone Generator IC 5089 and A DTMF Reciver IC 8870 but circuit os giving Unnatural behaviour It Latches just one combination and diaplay it on every given tone generated by 5089 there is another circuit that is by IC KT3170 if some one have the Datasheet od that IC plz post me That
