I need to design a micro-controller circuit that will receive a signal from an analogue to digital converter and can display dc power ,dc current and dc voltage on the lcd .it should also provide an interface to rs232 devices such as pc .

You failed to mention if this was DC or AC. Measuring power can be difficult.

im using direct current in this design

Then it shoud not be a bad choice. Then take something like one of these: https://nanorivertech.com/index.html and you could be basically done.

Things change if your monitoring uV or kV or nanoamps vs killoamps though.
