I haven't been able to find any information about the E230 and E113 n-channel FETs on the net. I don't even know the manufacturer. Does anyone have their datasheets? I found those transistors in an old schematic and I'd like to read their specs.
They were originally produced by Siliconix during the seventies.
The E-versions were white with a black rounded top, later
replaced by the more popular J-versions in a TO-92 package.
