am planning to do a project on eeg[ELECTROENCEPHALOGRAM] signals
please fill in me with details of efficient & cost-effective sensors the eeg signal detection part using sensors is where i need urgent advice

sensors?..i have never heard of eeg sensor, you have to build one from ultra low noise instru: amps.

EEG sensors are basically skin electrodes that attach to the scalp. The first hit I got on Google was to: https://store.brainmaster.com/

That company (and many others) sell the conductive paste and electrodes. The paste used to be a gooey mixture of salts and ointment. Today, electrodes use a gel or polymer that leaves almost no residue. Either method works, however.

Detecting EEG voltages is the least of the problem. Identifying what the signals mean is the hard part.

am working actually on the signal acquisition part
am making use of LabVIEW environment
could u please give detailed help on the signal gathering part
