EEPROM recordin with HC11E

I'm makeing a program for my HC11E microcontroller and I'm just curious that if while I have a program running off of EEPROM that it would be possible for me to store data retieved from the program into the EEPROM as well for safe keeping.

I'm pretty sure I can, just want a second opionion.

i dont see why not .. as long as you have free space on it you coud put anything you want to in there..
