Hi,

I have heard that electrons flow over (on) a wire but not inside it. Is this true? If so what's the reason?
Is that why they produce those several bunches wires in a cable?

Thanks

Even with the high frequency skin effect, the electrons still flow through the inside of the wire, but they are crowded near the outer edge.
