Although Hero has posted a valid diagram as to how a motor is connected in order to work, in order to 'do' work the motor should be provided with some form of sprocket, gear, impeller, fan or other form of transmission means attached to the shaft.

Alas, since the OP has provided the usual 'nothing else to go on', we can only guess at his/her intentions....

The whole forum is waiting by their computers, desperate to be the first to respond to the next OP's post.... Oh, wait a minute, it's not marked "URGENT"..... we can go and get a drink/brew then..
