Electronics 4-20 Conversor

I am trying to simulate the operation of a capacitance meter and I am having problems in the converter for 4-20mA current loop.


This should be 4 mA

And this 20mA. The capacitance value that changes is the value of c1 and therefore changes the voltage v3.
