Erasmus+ IOT education kit

Ok, my teacher showed me some kind of Erasmus+ educational kit or something like that... If you heard of it, please give me some ideas what can I build on it. I will study and build anything I see, just want some interesting projects cause I have to go to some kind of competition with whatever I build

Are the ideas of what to build supposed to be yours or other people ?

If former think about a problem one could solve in your own environment,
like control the T of something, feed a pet at specific time of day, measure
speed of your electric train, count the # fingers you lost in the blender.......
