error 0x008 P16PRO40 -- SOLVED !!

hi,

i want to ask what error is this?? (0x008)
i thought my PIC was BUSTED??

Software: - WinpicProg (V 1.95e) by Sir Nigel
Hardware: - P16Pro40 (7407)
Device: - PIC16F628

Settings of Winpiprog is 7407 from hardware setting pull down menu
voltage from VPP = 13.65V, VCC = 5.2V
Vpp is on(invert) = 13.65V

i got the error when i toggle the Write PIC, then i read the device
