esp module resistance

hi everyone
i have a very strange problem with my car and there is a short circuit without burnt fuse
i trace it and ended up to esp module
i removed it and measure resistance between gnd pins and hot pins the reading shows 1 mega ohm
also resistance between gnd and some other pins was 0.7 mega ohm
i want to know if it's normal or i should send it for repair

Those readings are nothing like a S/C, in fact they are so high as to be almost O/C.

Why do you imagine there's a S/C? - if there was a fuse would probably blow, or things might smoke.
