I found this ckt in Art of electronics book. The author mentions the below:
The base sits one
diode drop above ground; since its bias
comes from a 10:1 divider, the collector is
at 11 diode drops above ground, or about
7 volts.

How is the divider arriving at 11 diode drops across collector here ?
