Flyback convertor design.

Hi all i am currently doing my school project for a flyback convertor design .
Below are the specifications for my project.

Flyback 9V +8V & -8V 20 to 100KHz 100mA both outputs.

.Portable audio sound level detector with analogue meter supported by 9V battery connected in series. Analogue and op-amp circuits supplied with ±8V. Voltage feedback from +8V output.

Anyone can give advice on how we could actually start it off?
