FM Converter circuit

I like to build a simple FM converter ,to receive ranges FM(96.0-108.0MHz)
where I have a car radio equipment on range FM 76-90MHz, (the Japanese standard).

I have the FM Converter circuit base on IC NE602/SA602.
The problem is NE602/SA602 is hard to find at my local store.

Can anybody supply me a FM converter circuit without using IC?
Or prefer using transistor only.

Yes, i drawed this cct. from old radiotechnic magazine. In my country - 15 years ago - was same problem, because the imported radios have CCIR norm (88-108MHz), and the local stations works in OIRT (64-73MHz) range. This cct. -when the switch OFF - work as preamp. for MW.
I never built this, but - know the author - work. I always used the S 042 P for dual-norm mixer.
