Found the schematic for a two resistor RS232 to RS482

I posted previously a request for a RS232 to RS485 adapter using only two 1K resistors. I finally found it in Elektor Jan 2005. I've redrawn it for those interested in working with RS485 devices. It's has limitations (the article is on page 69) but basically it will work in non terminated RS485 setups.
