Free basic CAD with simulation

Hi everyone, Can someone provide me with a link to download a free basic CAD with simulation? Nothing elaborate just the basics. I have tiny CAD but it's hard to work with, has no simulation and I cant find the IC's I'm looking for in its library. Thanks much in advance. Jim
