From where i Start the PIC MC Learn ?

Hello to all PIC expert,
A number of time i think that , i will go for the PIC mc but ,
Due to unavailability of good PIC mc here kill my thought.
I have some books for PIC mc i was read them number of times.
Not Satisfy with the material given in the book. Here I doesn`t have any good book shop to get Sir MYKE PREDKO for PIC mc , similer to 8051 book.

IF any one know the good ebook on net to print for complete ref. as well as
good explanation for Beginners as well as experties.

Sir Nigel goodwin , i have also two good pic programmer ,which is never used by me. I feel very good here that i can interact with you.
