Generate 1khz timer 2 output from 10mhz osc

Hey i am trying to communicate over SPI using a pic16f877a. The device requires a clock pulse of 1khz and i am using a 10mhz osc could anyone please help with the programming of timer2 to get this frequency??

so you just need to set the period register to 20
