GLCD Bitmap to Hex Decoder Program

Seeing if anyone has a favorite Paint style program that decodes .bmp to hex or decimal. Looking for Windows based, and free of course. Thinking monochrome bitmap now, possibly rgb in future.

Finally got around to fooling with a 128x64 KS0108 controlled **broken link removed** that has been mentioned here before by members. Found that the Bitmap2lcd program (free basic version) outputs a usable hex file. Just seeing what other options may be out there.
