Look in Google and you will see that RCA, Harris and Intersil don't make the old CA3162 IC anymore. Some store somewhere might have one.
Select a newer IC that is still being made.

The TC14433AEPG made by Microchip Technology and available from Digi-Key (www.digikey.com) is a 3 1/2 digit A/D that may fit your need.

Digi-Key ships world wide. It is probably a hassle, but what are you going to do when you live in Bahrain?

Intersil makes a few comparable chips such as the ICL7106 and ICL7107, also available from Jameco, or Digikey.
