W wkrug Active Member Jul 4, 2011 #3 Additional look at the Setting of the JTAG Fuse. When this in Enabled ( default setting ) You couldn't use some Ports of Port C. When you'll Program the Controller via JTAG, You should leave this Fuse enabled of course.
