HDB3 - Help needed

I’m doing project regarding HDB3 line cording, (High Density Bipolar 3) and I need to find a chip which function as HDB3 encoding and decoding. I have already found chips have this functionality. But unfortunately most of chips are obsolete.
Could you mind please help me to find a chip that has above functionality?

Maybe those chips are obsolete for a reason. My guess is that you have to implement the function in an FPGA. Try looking for a VHDL implementation.
