help , best suitable circuit

If you just need to turn the motor off and on from the 5V, then use a solid-state relay of the appropriate size.

can ssr be driven by low current, DC Voltages? I Mean from the sensor itselt directly to the SSR. or should i Link another circuit.
 
You have to look at the specs for a particular SSR, but in general they require 10-20mA DC (the input is an LED) to turn on. The LED requires a couple volts and it will need a series input resistor (if it doesn't have one internally) to generate the proper current from your 5V source.
