Help identifying a switch! Noob here!

Hi!
I would like to start by saying I know very little about circuit boards and their components, so if this is dumb question I apologize in advance

I'm trying to identify a rotary switch. This board is off of a commercial espresso machine and I'm trying to replace the rotary switch in the board because it no longer works as it should.

The rotary switch is used to scroll through menus and it has a press function that allows you to choose things as they are highlighted.

I see that there are numbers in it 112e4. Seems like that would be maybe helpful? I've used those numbers in a Google search with quite a few different terms and can't seem to find anything like it.

Is this something completely custom or is this something that's common and I just don't know what the heck I'm doing?

Appreciate any help you guys can offer! Thanks a lot!
