This is sort of along the lines that I was talking about. Just more evil than my first suggestion.

I like the use of Skull and Cross bones.

Edit: If you were to have people flood his server you could shut down the site. But, you would run the risk of doing it to yours with the link he has to you.

Like reloadron suggests - I'd use watermarks as one solution. You can also post your documents as an encrypted PDF file.
