help me sonashi hi fi setup.. "zooo" noise when power cable connected

i have sonashi hi fi setup.. when power cable connect to the ac its speaker "zoooo"noise & when power on the unit nothing happend without that noise... i saw a smoothing cap enlarged ..

i ask from you

shell i replace that cap? and it will ok?

or should i check further without replacing cap?
