help me with PCB

my PCB design confuses me, it seems really simple to me but its really difficult can someone help me? Its a counting circuit with 2 4026B chips and 1 40106 and 2 seven seg displays. its really difficult ive never understood PCB designing... :x

You're going to have to at least post a schematic and/or a partial layout if you expect people to be able to help do a PCB layout... and indicate what PCB layout program you're actually using...

What pcb software package did you use. It would be helpful if you posted an image of this pcb design.

Okay, I cannot see anything but gibberish text in either of those files with MS word 2003.

First question... why are you doing PCB layout in a WORD PROCESSOR? I would guess that might have something to do with your frustration...
