being an electronics enthusiast, i have always been fascinated by the vast applications of mobile phones. Recently i heard about the design of home security system using mobiles. Even if the person is outside the house, and an intruder enters inside, it will be sensed and immediately an SMS alert will be sent to the mobile phone user.
how is such a system designed? even if the motion can be sensed using sensors, how is the SMS alert sent?? I kindly request members to help me by explaining this concept or providing me links to places where i can get information on this....
