I am from Nepal and it's not hard to recognize a neighbour.

I find only similar chip on Aliexpress for music. This is similar PCB mounted and looks like it but have diff. IC number.

Wish I can find 803 IC. Really interested in fixing the light I have.

Yes, the chip 803 looks like almost as as you found but little longer. You are in a expensive part of the world but VERY accessible part of the world too! Good luck Saurabh!
