Help with finding a 2 1/2 digit 7-segment LED

I've got a Niles line conditioner IPC-12 and one segment of the LED display doesn't light. You can see here:

I'm having problems locating a new LED. The digits look to be 3/8". Here is a pic:

Any help finding this would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

hi Craig,
Have you made sure that its the LED segment thats failed and not the driving circuit connections.??

Check with a voltmeter that the segment is connected and it has a voltage across the segment.
