Help with programmer

Hello, I've been looking for a thread that helps me with the selection of a PIC programmer, but I have not found one. Could someone tell me if this programmer has all I need? if not, what would I need?.. else, which one would you recommend me?

That's not a programmer. There is an overpriced ICD2 clone at the bottom of the page. Not a terrible programmer, but I wouldn't buy one.

For a very good, modern USB PIC programmer look at either a genuine PICkit 2 or a Blueroom Electronics Junebug (PICkit 2 clone).
