Next time please use a more descriptive title. Often if people see a one-word title like "Help", they won't even bother to look.
What do you want your circuit to do? A circuit just means that current can flow out one side of the source and back into the other side, so you can connect the components pretty much however you want as long as it matches the criteria. In order to help you we really need to know what exactly you're looking to do. Seeing as capacitors, inductors, and resistors are all passive components, there's not a whole lot of interesting things you can do. Maybe look up "RLC Oscillator"?
A capacitor, an inductor and a resistor are passive devices. A circuit with only passive devices will do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.
If you add a diode, antenna and ground then it can be a crystal radio. If you also add an amplifier and battery or power supply then it can drive a speaker. If you add an amplifier and battery or power supply without a diode then it can be an oscillator.

If you use a bit of lateral thinking, how about a capacitor start single phase induction motor.
The only "electrical" components in that are L C and maybe R.
