HELP!!!

Hy,
I'm trying to make an interface using an 4x3 keypad, 20x4 LCD and an 16f877a.
I am using Proteus 6 Profesional for simulation.
I looked over nigel's tutorials but it doesn't work, and I don't know why?

If anyone can help me, plssss.

You need to check the connections for the 4 line LCD, there are at least a couple of different types - which may not work without slight modifications to the software. I've only used 2 line LCD's, I don't have any 4 line LCD's.

I would also suggest you build it for rea!l, a simulator isn't the real world, and only gives an approximation of such.

I've made physical my project and works , but i still have a problem:
LCD works only on two lines (Line 0 and Line 2)

I found something who tells me tat I have to see my 4x20 LCD as a two 2x20 LCD's.


Can anyone help me?

yes, 4 line lcd's have 2 controllers so they act as 2 seperate lcd's
